Curator of Baccalajuoli, he is the creator of “Baccalaria”, a Neapolitan bistrot, but above all a concept born from the desire to valorise the culture of a particular product such as cod, which links the Neapolitan tradition to other places and cultures of the Mediterranean (Spain, Portugal), but also to more distant countries, such as Iceland, in whose seas cod is fished.
